The town of Aspe is located on a tributary of the Vinalopo River 5km south of Novelda on the main road. The old town centre is pleasant to walk through, it has been renovated and the area is pedestrianised. The Plaza del Ayuntamiento is interesting with its church. Aspe has several large supermarkets, schools, restaurants and bars. A town of 16,000 people It was captured in 1296 by Jaime ii of Aragon and repopulated by people of that region
When you approach Aspe one of the first things you notice are the grapevines with bagged grapes. These are bagged in October and remain on the vine to be eaten by households all over Spain on New Year’s eve.
Alicante is 24km away, Aspe is 5km off the N330 motorway. And the Alenda Golf club is a ten-minute drive from Aspe
This is an area where there is plenty to do for both golfers and non golfers alike, in both areas, with beaches, watersports, Safari Park, horse riding, shopping and general sightseeing all close by. There are Two cities within an 20 minute drive - Alicante to the west, Elche to the south west. Alicante international airport 20 minute's drive and Murcia's San Javia within 1 hours drive. A Golf Courses within 10 minutes drive from this property. Green fees average £25 - £40 for 18 holes. There are 10 more courses within an hours drive. Open all year. There are thousands of acres of fruit groves and the scenery is breathtakingly beautiful and within moments you can be driving in picturesque open countryside, where you can stop and pick a fresh orange or lemon and enjoy the fabulous bounty that nature has gifted to this part of the world.
This Villa is ideally situated for those that want to get the best out of a holiday. Only 20 minutes from Alicante airport. The villa is in a quiet location and away from main roads and has the benefit of having it's own 6x3 metre swimming pool and a large sun terrace.
Accommodation consists of three bedrooms. The master suite is completely self-contained with a fully fitted dressing room which can also sleep 2 persons on 2 futon beds , full bathroom with bath, shower, W.C and bidet, Bedroom - with double bed and patio doors to a private terrace with lovely view of the mountain.
The two other bedrooms have two single beds each and are both fully fitted. They share a further bathroom with bath, shower, W.C. and bidet. All rooms furnished to the highest standard.
There is a separate guest toilet on the ground floor. And very efficient fans in additional to the ceiling fans.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with washing machine, fridge freezer, oven, hob and microwave. Table and chairs. All utensils and crockery and cutlery are on hand as you would expect.
In the main area of the villa you will find a raised dining area with table and 6 chairs and a patio leading out to a large terrace. The lounge area has 2 sofas, TV including all UK channels, DVD player and stereo system.
The owners also supply FREE a Basic Welcome pack.
At the front of the Villa you have your own private 6x3 metre swimming pool.with sun terrace and sunloungers. And off road parking.
The property has solid external doors and all windows are protected with security grills and all windows are double-glazed complete with roller shutters.
There is a childrens play area just a 3 minute walk and within Ten minutes walk, you will find a Large Supermarket. And some lovely restaurants, bars and beautiful squares and fountains and a large indoor market selling all fresh produce. The location of this villa is perfect for a great family holiday.
Just 30 minutes up the motorway is Benidorm with the attractions of Terra Mitica (theme park), Aqualandia (water park), Mundomar and Benidorm Palace (cabaret / show palace).Area Description
